Deep tissue massage is beneficial for general health and releasing the stress. It is aimed at relaxation of the muscles, improvement of circulation, relieving pains and regeneration of the tissues. It is both beneficial for the recovery from physical training and for strengthening the body in case of lack of movement. It also can be a valuable tool to support your nervous system by working with the body, lower the stress and decrease anxiety.

While doing massage, I use my experience of somatic practices and body-work and intend to approach the process from the state of listening and adaptability to the needs of the body. I aim to create a comfortable space, where it is possible to let go of tensions, and where all the bodies can feel welcomed.
