Starting from April 2024, our restaurant will be regularly open: from thursday to sunday, 6-10 pm. During the main season also on more evenings.

Pranav Yogesh has transformed his pop-up restaurant into an exclusive (pretty much the only one in Unterengadin), regularly open Indian restaurant from April 2024. An exotic highlight in the midst of the Engadine mountain landscape.

Starting probably winter 2025, we’ll also be providing fresh, local cuisine that is simple, sustainable, and bursting with flavor. With a hint of uniqueness. We’re delighted to have chef Edi Hitzberger, who has earned two Michelin stars, assisting our kitchen team as a consultant. He may even be whipping up a dish or two for our guests’ enjoyment on occasion.
